Assembly Instructions for Rubber floor tiles Safe program:
Substrate preparation:
• The substrate must be levelled, frost-resistant, sand or concrete-based
• The drainage should be about 30 cm thick, consisting of gravel granulation up to 35 mm, covered with a 5 cm layer of fine gravel 0 – 3.5 mm granulation
• Edgings and kerbs are recommended
Installation on gravel surfaces:
Rubber floor tiles should be joined with connecting pegs.
Installation on hard (e.g. concrete, stone) surfaces:
The tiles can be glued to the surface or joined with connecting pegs.
Cleaning:
- a broom, dry vacuum cleaner or damp mopping for daily use
- air blower
- a high-pressure hot water cleaner with a nozzle offset of at least 40 cm (direct jet can damage the plates) the water temperature must not exceed 80 °C
Attention! Do not use solvent-based cleaning materials.
